  • Preparing RFIs for an approximate $30 million luxury residential project located in Beverly Hills, California.

  • Identify hard and soft clashes utilizing NavisWorks, Beverly Hills, California.

  • 3D model the complete and detailed wood frameworks utilizing BIM 360 and Revit, Beverly Hills, California.

SECRETARIAT INTERNATIONAL (2017-2019)

Senior Associate Project Manager 

Education:

  • Contributing with the management team for preparation of As-Built schedule for preliminary analysis of an approximate 100-Acre College campus in West Coast of the United States of America.

 

Infrastructure:

  • Assisting with the preliminary delay analysis for an approximate $800 million highway in the Middle East. She assisted in developing As Planned and As-Built by using Primavera P6 and using Microsoft Excel to make analysis graphs and also making animations demonstrating of construction sequence of 10 Km elevated Highway.

 

Transportation:

  • Assisting the management team in calculating construction delay dates and contributing to progress analysis for Mechanical and Electrical trades of a 6,000,000 sq. Ft. International Airport in the Middle East.

  • Assisting with tracking the actual Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing manpower on-site and preparing the productivity rate of the laborers in a $17 billion international airport in the Middle East.

  • Assisting the management team with the preparation of the As-Built progress analysis for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing trades of a $110 million transit center in the Western United States.

  • Assisting in construction claims and scheduling services during the construction of a $22.5 billion aboveground and underground metro railway in Saudi Arabia.

  • Assisting management team analyzing the design contingency rates for assessing the financial damages of a highway corridor improvement project in Southern California with a contract value of about $630 Million.

 

Energy:

  • Assisting in the preparation of a preliminary delay analysis on a natural gas compressor station in California. The EPC (engineer procure construct) contract was valued at $40 million for the engineering, procurement, and construction upgrades to the existing facility.

 

Marine Construction:

  • Contributing with the management team in the preparation of an As-Built schedule for delay analysis of a $50 million fireboats project located in the Western United States.

 

Port:

  • Assisting in the preparation of a delay analysis during the construction on a major waterway in Latin America. The $5.2 billion expansions will double the capacity of the waterway allowing more and larger ships to pass through.

 

Oil:

  • Assisting in assessing the financial damages and delay and quantum analysis includes the conversion of the hulls of VLCC type ships into the FPSOs in Latin America with a contract value of $9 billion.

  • Assisting in Analysis of financial damages for FEED package, engineering design, and construction delay issues at $950 million oil supply platform project in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.  Scope included detailed analysis of the processes and mechanics contributing to the early termination of EPC contractor. Also, she assisted in drafting the preliminary financial damages report.

 

Commercial and Residential:

  • Assisting the management team in the preparation of a delay analysis for a 40,000  premium hotel apartment in Dubai. Negin tracked the progress of interior works, as well as, preparing progress curves regarding measuring the delays and disruptions incurred.

  • Create the 3D model of the high-rise, mixed-use development on 42nd Street, for the largest public REIT in Manhattan. Also assisted the management team in the analysis of cost allocation and financial damages of the building.

 

Others:

  • Assisted the management team performing a financial investigation and to calculate the financial damages for an Audio/Video equipment provider at NYC event Venues.
